This essential oil is indicated in the processing of the painful rules, problems of digestion, arthritis, rheumatisms and anxiety.

False anise

This annual aromatic herb originating in Asia with sheets oval, brilliant, dark and fluffy flowers at the end of the été.
The basil with the very marked perfume carries white flowers at end of the higher axes and does not have less than 150 species.

With the daily newspaper, mix 8 drops of oil essential of exotic basil and 2 drops of lemon oil to 50 ml of olive oil. You obtain an oil in a delicious way scented to accompany a series of dishes of which a tomato-mozzarella (for example).
